Gemma opened the doors of Pinot & Picasso Marrickville in 2020 and has been delivering exciting paint and sip experiences ever since! With its prime location in the Inner West - it’d be hard to find a better destination to mix creativity with a quirky, diverse, and eclectic community. The energy of our paint and sip in Marrickville also extends to local schools, donations for charities, and local community events and festivals.

We recommend Where’s Nick Wine Bar which is a short walk from the Pinot & Picasso Marrickville studio.
- Do you offer catering?

Yes, we do! Our caterer is Casa Fine Foods who provide catering options for our functions.
- Are there local restaurants and bars nearby?

Lots of recommendations but you may need to book! We recommend Pepito’s, Hello Auntie, Valentinas, Kelby’s, Miss Sina, Miss Wolf, Gasoline Pony, and Philter Brewery.
- What are your parking options?

There is street parking available near the studio, and lots of public transport options nearby also.
- What time should I arrive and how long are the sessions?

We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes before the session commences as to give you plenty of time to get comfortable, set up, and get the wines flowing. The estimated running time is between 2 – 3hrs.
- If I come with a friend, will we be sitting together?

We will always do our best to ensure that groups are placed together.
If you and your friends are booking separately, it’s best to arrive a little earlier to ensure we can seat your group together. We like to operate under the mantra ‘first in best dressed’ when it comes to seating in our paint and sip studios.

We like to keep our arty parties fun and exciting. Whether you choose to dress up, make your paint and sip a theme, or just attend for a date night on the weekend we expect you to wear what feels comfortable. As our experience does involve paint (shocking! I hope we mentioned this earlier) we do encourage you to not wear anything you would be disappointed if paint ended up on. Or couldn’t be dry cleaned. Our artists will provide you with aprons to wear during the session to minimise any accidental paint mistakes.
- Is there a fridge & glassware?

Yes, our Pinot & Picasso studios all have a fridge inside their studio to keep drinks cold! We also have glassware too so no need to bring plastic cups!
