Spice up your life with Belconnen Paint and Sip. Although our studio is not an entirely new concept, it is an innovative entertainment venue in the Belconnen area. Pinot and Picasso art classes are taking over Australia with their state-of-the-art venues, exciting sessions, and unforgettable experiences.

Anyone can enjoy our painting classes, no matter their previous experience with art. From the true beginner to the expert painter, all are invited to check out our painting class at Belconnen Paint and Sip. Each of our workshops is designed to foster support and collaboration between guests and our instructors.

Aside from the laid back atmosphere, the one thing that separates Sip and Paint Belconnen from traditional art classes is the wine. Our guests are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine to sip during the experience at each session.

Canberra Art Studio

Our art instructors create a unique menu of painting classes each month. Our menu consists of categories to please anyone. When you visit our website, you will see the different products that we will offer. Each product version represents the painting that the instructor will teach during the class scheduled for that time.

Our men of classes represent a variety of different categories. Whether you are interested in popular culture, nature, or modern home decor, we have products for your taste. Our groups love that they have so many different options to choose from.

For beginner painters, our friendly and encouraging atmosphere is part of what makes our experience so gratifying. We believe that painting with friends should be both fun and relaxing. There is no judgement of your work in any way. Each session is an opportunity to have fun trying something new and nothing more.

Open Classes Monthly Menu

Most of our Sip and Paint Belconnen schedule consists of our open classes. Open Paint and Pinot Belconnen classes allow anyone to add the class to their cart. This means that you may be working with strangers during your session.

Tickets to our open classes are limited to maintain intimacy in each workshop. You might notice that your teacher can spend more one-on-one time for guidance because of the smaller classes.  Providing help when requested is one of the many ways that we ensure comfort and relaxation at each location.

During an open class, you will receive step-by-step instruction from one of our very talented instructors. Our Canberra teachers like to jam out to a nice playlist at Pinot and Picasso while they teach you some basic painting techniques.

What to Expect

It is normal for beginner painters to be a little nervous when they first enter a painting studio. However, most of our Wine and Paint Belconnen guests quickly realize that our fun experience is like no other. When you book with Pinot and Picasso, we strive to keep the atmosphere fun and engaging with no pressure to do well.

During each Paint and Sip Belconnen experience, you will receive easy-to-follow instructions from one of our enthusiastic artists. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, there are no expectations and no judgements on your work at Paint and Pinot Belconnen.

Our painters always enjoy that they get to view their paintings in their home for the rest of their life. We love that your art will brighten your life each day.

Do I need Art Materials?

When you purchase tickets for one of our sessions, all of your materials are included in your initial price. This includes brushes, paint, canvas, and reusable materials such as your smock and glassware for your wine.

At Pinot and Picasso, we have a strict bring your own food, drink, and wine policy. When you book a session with us, we encourage you to enjoy wine throughout the experience to boost your fun. However, we do not sell any wine products on location. Just be sure to pack your favourite wine before you head to your session.

We encourage our painters to bring food, drink, and a positive attitude to every session they attend.

How to Book

Visit the Pinot and Picasso Belconnen website to locate our Paint and Sip experience menu in your browser. When you find the experience that you think you would like to book on the menu, you can add the date to your cart. Once the date is in your cart, you can checkout to book your space in the class.

If you need help learning to add your class to the cart, you can search our website for the help feature. You can also call the studio and speak to a teacher about booking our painting class. Either way, you add the painting class to your cart, you will not regret joining us.
