**Competition Terms and Conditions**

1. Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Pinot & Picasso, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in the competition.

2. How to Enter:
2.1 To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form by providing their accurate and complete details, including but not limited to their name and email address.
2.2 Entry is limited to one per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. Prize Details:
3.1 There will be a total of 5 artwork pieces and 1 pair of Sony headphones awarded as prizes.
3.2 The specific artwork pieces will be determined by Pinot & Picasso and may vary.
3.3 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3.4 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the prizes.

4. Selection of Winners:
4.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
4.3 Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

5. Publicity:
5.1 By entering the competition, participants grant Pinot & Picasso the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Privacy:
6.1 Personal information provided during entry will be used in accordance with Pinot & Picassos privacy policy.
6.2 Participant information will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

7. General Conditions:
7.1 Pinot & Picasso reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are deemed to be fraudulent or incomplete.
7.2 Pinot & Picasso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
7.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising from or related to the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
