WELCOME DISCOUNT
- Discount will only be provided when a new subscriber enters our email database and can only be used once (1) per subscriber.
- Customers will get a 10% discount on public session tickets price using the code in their email.
- The minimum spend is two (2) tickets upon checkout.
- Discount code will expire one (1) month after the email enters the subscribers inbox.
- Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with grazing boxes, private events, frames or any other add-ons available.
- Discount code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes.
- Discount will not be provided on anything not mentioned.

- Discount will only be provided when a subscriber signs up to Birthday Club via our website and provides their contact details and date of birth.
- Customer will get a 20% discount code to use on THEIR ticket in the month of their birthday.
- Only one (1) ticket will be discounted and the maximum value of the ticket is $15.
- Discount code will expire one (1) month after the email enters the subscribers’ inbox.
- Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with Pinot & Picasso gift cards.

- Discount will only be provided when “GROUPBOOKINGS” or discount code is used while making the booking.
- Customers will get a 10% discount on full-priced adult public session tickets price when using the code.
- Discount will be provided only when there are 8+ public session tickets purchased in one transaction.
- The minimum spend is six (8) tickets upon checkout.
- Discount code can be used in conjunction with Pinot & Picasso gift cards.
- Discount code can not be used with other discount/promotion codes.
- Discount will not be provided on anything not mentioned.
- Discount code can be used multiple times throughout the promotion period.
- Discount may be forfeited in case of cancellation/refund of ticket(s) in the discounted order.

- Available at participating studios only; subject to availability.
- Cancelled bookings forfeit the discount.

Functions Retargeting Promotion Terms & Conditions
Participation in our Functions Retargeting Promotion is deemed in acceptance of the below Terms & Conditions:
- This discount offer is valid for customers from Pinot & Picasso private functions.
- The discount offer is valid for 30 days from the day of sign up or explicitly stated in the promotional discount email received by customers.
- This promotion is only valid exclusively to online studio session purchases at any Pinot & Picasso studio in Australia.
- The discount can only be used on public studio sessions and pop-up events, and cannot be used on gift cards, private group bookings, add-ons or catering.
- The discount can only be redeemed once per customer.
- This discount offer cannot be redeemed on any in-studio transactions.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
- To activate the discount, customers must use the provided promotional code at the checkout.
- The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Christmas Giveaway 2025
1. Promoter
The giveaway is conducted by Veuve Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 68 630 855 686) trading as Pinot & Picasso.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway runs for the promotional period stated on the official Pinot & Picasso social media post. For multi‑day giveaways (e.g., “12 Days of Giveaways”), each daily prize draw will have its own entry window as stated in the corresponding post.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions listed on the giveaway post. This may include:
- Following specified accounts
- Liking the post
- Commenting on the post
- Tagging one or more users
- Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
- Each prize will be described in the individual giveaway post.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Pinot & Picasso may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random.
- Winners will be contacted via direct message from an official Pinot & Picasso account and/or announced on the giveaway post.
- If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Pinot & Picasso may draw a new winner.
7. Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered either digitally or physically, depending on the prize.
- Prizes may be supplied and delivered directly by Pinot & Picasso or by an approved brand partner.
- Delivery is only available within Australia.
8. Liability
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any third party.
- Pinot & Picasso accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or messages.
- Pinot & Picasso is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the prize.
