Pinot & Picasso Franchise Training

Once you have jumped onboard the Pinot & Picasso train, we take you through Franchisee training at our Head Office! We cover all the bases and give you the right tools to help you become the best Franchisee possible!

Once you have been introduced to everyone at Head Office, your training will begin. Here’s a summary of what we cover in Franchisee training:

  • System Access

We use multiple systems and platforms to help run different aspects of the business. The systems we have will help you with marketing, social media, staff rostering, stock ordering and delivery, adding sessions, and so much more! We set you up with a studio email which also gives you access to our Google Drive. Our shared Google Drive has all

  • Artwork Gallery

What is Pinot & Picasso without its artworks? We’re not going to even answer that! Our Creative Council will show you our entire Pinot & Picasso artwork gallery in training. They will run you through all our types of sessions that we hold in our studio.

  • Operations Management

This is the most important module in our training session. We cover many topics like roles & responsibilities, customer communication, staffing, studio maintenance, and pop-ups. This section really is the backbone of what it takes to run a Pinot & Picasso studio. Sound daunting? It really isn’t. We think this part of training will get you really excited for getting started and opening your studio!

  • Website Training

Your website is your biggest selling tool. Why? Because this is the place people come to buy tickets to your sessions. We take you through the backend of the website, adding and editing sessions, rescheduling and refunds, and WooCommerce. You’ll be a pro at this in no time!

  • Local Area Marketing

Now that you know the backend information and you’re ready to start selling tickets, we equip you with Our Local Area Marketing guide will be your helping hand in this process. From community outreach and influencers, to establishing yourself as an online powerhouse, all the info you need to get you started is right there!

  • Digital and Social Media Marketing 101

We take a further marketing step to help you with social media itself. Customers are most likely to stumble upon our business through social media so it is vital to know how to market your studio on Instagram and Facebook. We will help you understand the media landscape and create some strategies to be a social media whiz!
