Customer COVID-19 Policy

This Customer COVID-19 Policy (Policy) applies to all customers of Veuve Ventures Pty Ltd (ACN 630 855 686) t/as Pinot & Picasso and/or its franchisees (collectively referred to as “Pinot & Picasso”) and forms part of the terms and conditions of booking or otherwise engaging with Pinot & Picasso in respect of any physical events conducted by Pinot & Picasso (Event).

Note: This Policy will be frequently updated from time to time as circumstances of the Covid-19 Pandemic continue to change and evolve. Please ensure you are up-to-date with the latest version of this Policy which will be hosted at including in particular the applicable version of the Policy immediately prior to your scheduled Event.

Pinot & Picasso is required to comply with all public health orders and government directions (Government Directions) at both Federal and State level. This will vary from State to State. This Policy sets out Pinot & Picassos requirements of its customers and includes frequently asked questions, which for the avoidance of doubt forms part of the terms of this Policy.

Pinot & Picasso will continue to follow the latest State Government Health Orders to ensure we are providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

New South Wales

In line with the NSW Government easing of restrictions, as of the 15th December 2021, Pinot & Picasso is welcoming all guests into our studios. Proof of vaccination is no longer required to enter our NSW studios. 

Pinot & Picasso Canley Vale: Our Canley Vale studio is situated within Cabra-Vale Diggers Club and proof of vaccination continues to be required to enter the venue.

Based on the Queensland Government Public Health and Social Measures plan, as of the 14th April 2022, guests are no longer required to be fully vaccinated to enter our QLD Studios.

Based on the current VIC Government Roadmap, as of the 22nd April 2022, guests are no longer required to be fully vaccinated to attend our VIC studios.

Western Australia

Based on the current Western Australian Government requirements, customers are no longer required to be fully vaccinated to attend our WA studios.

Other States

For States/Territories that are not currently experiencing a serious outbreak of COVID-19, there is no present Government Restriction in place or intention of Pinot & Picasso to restrict customers from attending Events based on vaccine status. However, this may change in the future as circumstances change in each State/Territory and/or if Pinot & Picasso updates its stance on vaccination.

Pop-Up Events

Pinot & Picasso host events at third party venues and are subject to their proof of vaccination requirements. Please check the details of the event.

Our Guest Responsibilities
  • Stay home if you feel unwell
  • Get tested if you have COVID-19 symptoms
  • Physically distance where possible
  • Clean hands often with soap or sanitiser
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Check-in to our studio or venue
  • Wear face masks unless eating or drinking (where face mask rules apply)
  • Show vaccination status (where required)

If you are unable to attend your session due to testing positive to COVID-19 or you are a close contact, our standard Refund & Reschedule Policy will apply.

Where Government Directions requiring double vaccination are applicable at the time of your Event within your State/Territory, you will be asked to provide evidence to Pinot & Picasso prior to entering the studio in which the Event is being held. Where vaccination is required for customers, vaccination status will need to be provided before entering a Pinot & Picasso studio, in one of the following ways:

  • COVID-19 digital certificate via the Medicare App; or
  • Printed version of the COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement (available through myGov); or
  • COVID-19 digital certificate via Service NSW app and shared as part of a QR checkin.

The information you provide will be used and retained in accordance with Pinot & Picassos obligations under Privacy Laws and to ensure we can produce evidence of compliance with the Government Direction if required.

Pinot & Picasso will comply with the Australian Consumer Law in respect of the offer of refunds or credits to you.

Where you make a booking at a time when Government Directions requiring double vaccination were in force, were scheduled to be in force, or were reasonably foreseeable that they may be in force as at the time of your Event, you do so at your own risk. If you cannot attend because you do not meet the Government Directions Pinot & Picasso is under no obligation to provide a refund to you.

Where you make a booking at a time when Government Directions requiring double vaccination were not in force, were not scheduled to be in force or were not reasonably foreseeable to be in force as at the time of your Event and you wish to cancel your Event on the basis you cannot attend because you do not meet the Government Directions, Pinot & Picasso will provide you with a credit.

Masks will need to be worn at all times in Pinot & Picasso studios (unless eating and drinking) – until advised otherwise by us in line with Government Directions. In other States/Territories, we will follow Government protocols in this regard and will keep you updated on the requirement to wear masks prior to your Event.

In addition to the above, our studios we are taking the following steps to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable environment:

  • If you are unwell, we ask that you stay home and reschedule your session
  • Limiting guest numbers in studio to align with Australian Government Physical Distancing practices
  • Following Government recommendations on wearing face masks
  • Providing hand sanitiser at main touch points within the studio
  • Encouraging all guests and staff to wash their hands throughout the session
  • Increased cleaning of all easels, surfaces and brushes before and after sessions
