Overview
Veuve Ventures Pty Ltd ABN 68 630 855 686 trading as Pinot & Picasso (referred to in these terms as “ Pinot & Picasso”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) are committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment for all studio attendees. This includes following all applicable laws, creating and developing procedures and policies to objectively identify, manage and minimise risks and encourage an attitude of shared responsibility for compliance.
We have developed these Conditions of Entry to outline the responsibilities of each member of our community which, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern all studio guests, staff and visitors (including models).
By registering for and attending any Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agree to be bound by and have had an opportunity to seek clarification on any aspects of these Terms.

Applies to all Pinot & Picasso studios and events (public, private, or mobile).
General Conduct
By entering a Pinot & Picasso studio or event, you agree to:
- Follow all staff directions and safety instructions.
 - Behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
 - Accept that disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
 - Take responsibility for your own belongings and personal safety.
 
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service at our discretion.
Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in licensed or BYO venues.
 - Guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol and may be required to present valid photo ID.
 - Responsible service of alcohol applies. Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or service.
 - No alcohol may be supplied to minors under any circumstances.
 
Minors and Child Supervision
- Children under 18 may only attend sessions explicitly designated as Kids and/or All Ages Sessions.
 - No childminding services are provided.
 - A responsible adult must remain on-site for the entire duration of the event.
 - Staff hold valid Working with Children Checks (WWCC) where required by state law.
 
Photography and Media
By entering a Pinot & Picasso studio or event, you consent to photography or video recording that may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff before the session begins
Artwork Pick-Up
Participants are responsible for collecting their artwork at the end of the session. Studios may not be able to store uncollected artworks beyond 7 days. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Safety and Hygiene
- Guests must comply with all health and safety signage and staff instructions.
 - Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
 - Paints and materials are non-toxic but may stain clothing; aprons are provided. Pinot & Picasso are not liable for any damage to personal clothing or belongings.
 - If you have allergies, sensitivities, or mobility restrictions, please inform staff before the session.
 - For the safety and security of guests and staff, please note recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in use.
 - In the event of an emergency please follow the directions of Pinot & Picasso team members.
 
Personal Items
We take no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
COVID-19 and Health Compliance
We adhere to current federal and state public-health regulations. Guests who are unwell should not attend events and may contact the studio regarding rescheduling options (in accordance with cancellation policy).
Refusal of Entry
We may refuse entry or remove any person who:
- Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
 - Engages in abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour;
 - Fails to comply with staff directions or licensing requirements; or
 - Attempts to bring prohibited items (e.g., illegal substances, weapons).
 
No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
Liability
Guests participate at their own risk. Pinot & Picasso accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss, except as required by law under the Australian Consumer Law.
Third Party Entertainment
Third-party entertainment providers engaged for any event operate under their own Terms and Conditions, which will be communicated at the time of engagement.
Please note that some third-party entertainment may include partial nudity as part of their performance. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsolicited behaviour toward third-party entertainers or other patrons will not be tolerated. Such conduct may result in immediate removal from the venue, notification of local authorities, and potential fines or other penalties as governed by applicable laws.
