FAQs
- What is included in a Private Function package?

Included in a Private Function package is everything you’ll need to create your masterpiece (except whatever you’ll be drinking).
We will supply all the necessary equipment, including:
- Your choice of artwork
- A 16′ x 20′ blank canvas
- Acrylic paints
- Brushes
- Table easel
- Pinot & Picasso apron and
- Glassware for your beverages (most importantly)
If you are organising an event at a location outside of the studio (i.e. at your home) you will be required to provide glassware, tables and chairs and access to running water.
All packages include guidance from one of our artists to assist your group in releasing their inner Picasso.
Note: discount codes cannot be accepted for Private Function bookings.
- What food options are available?

We strongly encourage everyone to have a little food to eat while they sip!
Let us do the hard work for you with one of our hand-crafted, locally sourced grazing boards or pizza and graze packages, courtesy of our catering partners.
You are of course welcome to bring your own food and nibbles along to your in-studio Private Function.
Our studios are BYO so don’t forget to pack your beverages!
- Can I purchase alcohol at a Pinot & Picasso studio?

Being a BYO-only venue, we don’t sell anything on the premises. Remember to bring your favourite bottle with you! If you forget, we’re more than happy to point you in the right direction.
- What if I need to cancel my Private Function booking?

Private Function deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your Private Function, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date that is suitable to yourself and Pinot & Picasso or returned as studio credit.
If the full amount has been paid and there are more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private function to another date that is suitable for you and also the Pinot & Picasso studio.
We are unable to refund or reschedule private functions within the 2 weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.
Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private Functions. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private Function, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request.
