7 Types of Pinot & Picasso Customers

WHICH QUIRKY CHARACTER ARE YOU?

There is no denying that over the past two years, we have managed to find all kinds of weird and wonderful people that join us at Pinot & Picasso. These have become characters in the world of Pinot & Picasso, and there is a high chance that you (or one of your nearest and dearest) fit into one of the characteristics.

1. The one who just wants to drink

It’s no secret that our customers love a glass of wine or two… or twelve. They’ll often be the loudest in the room with their apron half falling off. You’ll never see their glass get low as top-ups are frequent. Despite being a little boozy, they always have a good time with their friends at Pinot & Picasso – even if they’re getting filmed by their friends.

2. The overly competitive one

We all know one… and if you can’t think of one, it’s probably you. You’ll see this wild-eyed character with a paintbrush in hand and a paintbrush tucked behind their ear while they are frantically painting. They will keep one eye on their artwork and the other on their ‘rivals’. They won’t settle for anything less than being the best.

3. The Instagrammer

Step aside; the Instagrammer is here. Dressed to the nines with a cute bag and heeled boots, you won’t catch them without their phone in hand. Guaranteed to be making boomerangs and videos for their Insta stories and if you’re watching from home, you’ll definitely be getting FOMO.

4. The boyfriend who got dragged along that low-key loves it

Happy wife, happy life? Although they have been forced to tag along with the missus, the smile on their face is bound to appear sooner or later. They won’t be standing with their arms folded looking depresso for too long inside our P&P Studios. With a beer in hand, they’ll soon forget about the footy match they are missing.

5. The one who forgot its BYO

You can almost feel the shame from here as they fill up their water glass. You will often find this customer staring at their empty glass while others get tipsy around them. And isn’t it that little bit harder to watch your friends getting intoxicated when you are stone-cold sober? Queue… Hello darkness my old friend…

6. The one who came for the snacks

Is there a bag of chips missing? It won’t take long to find the culprit who often has food stuck to their hand the entire night. They won’t be stressing about whether they’ve painted in the right spot, but they will be anxious about whether the snacks will last the session.

7. The closeted Picasso

This secret superstar will always play it shy and humble in the P&P environment. They won’t tell anyone, even their closest friends – … about their little secret. That’s right – their inner Picasso. Despite being envious of their talent and flawless artwork, you’ll no doubt be asking for tips on painting or for them to fix that accidental smudge mark on the corner of your canvas.

Looking Back at 2020

It’s been a wild year here at Pinot & Picasso (as it’s been for most!), but we’re slowly winding down for the Christmas season giving well-needed breathing room to reflect on the year that was. It’d be an understatement to say that it’s been a landmark year. 2020 will go down in history for a
